T4i Solutions, a company from Pernambuco, took the Uniclinika platform (uniclinika.com.br) to New Diagnostics in João Pessoa. Patients and professionals at the largest diagnostic imaging clinic in the capital of Paraíba already benefit from the system’s service, which promotes greater operational efficiencies and quality in the service.
The partnership with the clinic in Paraíba emerged as a response to challenges faced by Nova Diagnostics in relation to its previous system. The clinic used software from a multinational that did not fully meet its specific needs in diagnostic imaging.
From scheduling to delivery of results, the Pernambuco softwarehouse system offers a more fluid experience for patients. One of the differentials is the integration with WhatsApp, which allows you to perform a series of tasks in an automated way, such as confirming presence, completing questionnaires and accessing exam results. “In addition, Artificial Intelligence technology is used to quickly summarize the patient’s health history for the doctor and highlight critical findings in the exams”, explained T4i partner Romulo Martins.
Before arriving in João Pessoa, Uniclinika already had large clients in Recife and Curitiba. Currently, the product performs an average of 100,000 imaging tests per month. The company’s expectation with the product now is to scale the solution in other states. “We are going to look for an expansion to have a national presence with Uniclinika”, said Romulo Martins. T4i plans to intensify its marketing and publicity activities to bring the product to new customers. Currently, 15 clinics already use the platform.
